23.01.2022 Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you are enjoying the beautiful morning doing something you love. I’m wanting to update you all on my hours as the day’s have changed a little. I will be working Wednesday’s & Thursday’s 9am - 5pm, as of Saturday 12/09/2029 I will not be working on Saturdays any more. To ensure I am at my best for you all I have made the decision to not work weekends. Self care is so important I remind you all to review how you are practicing this? ... Just like mindfulness to place ones thoughts and awareness on something specific such as your breath, a sound, something you touch, smell or a taste.
