15.01.2022 If you're in Australia or New Zealand it's that time again - back to school. For many it's also a time of anxiety and worries. Our kids are homeschooled so we don't have the usual return to school anxiety (anymore). However they do attend a homeschool learning hub twice a week, and whilst they love it, the transition back after the summer break causes an increase in their anxiety. Today I had them both apply Steady to their wrists and the vagus nerve (which we call the knobbly bit behind your ears). 12.01.2022 I've talked about Vetiver a lot in the past and decided it was time for a revisit. You may recall I'm not a fan of the smell but oh how I love the support it gives my boys at bedtime. Both my boys are autistic and sleep is something they struggle with every day. Vetiver has turned out to really help them so as much as I don't like the smell I use it regularly to hep them. So today's tip, add a few drops of Vetiver to some doTERRA Spa Hand and Body Cream and give your loved one a massage before bed.
10.01.2022 It’s Valentine’s Day down under today and we’re diffusing Sandalwood and Passion in honour of it. It’s not a blend I’ve tried before which is kinda weird as they are two of my favourites.
