05.01.2022 We're are looking for a active and up-and-coming factory Foreman or lady to be actively involved in the operations of our fruit processing factory floor. The person we're seeking would ideally have a forklift license & experience in either food manufacturing or fresh fruit/farming. The role will involve managing a team of 6 workers and will see you being the main link between the office and the factory. Liaising with our Sales & Management team, scheduling, procurement and be...ing on the tools when required. Responsibilities include - Supervising all factory staff, offering supervision and support. - Setting up and delegating the day to day operations and daily tasks for workers - Monitoring the progress of all work performed in the processing rooms for the purposes of meeting quality, food safety and customer requirements. - Maintaining a satisfactory level of production and efficiency - Maintaining and ensuring our food safety and quality assurance program are implement - Ensuring all personnel are familiar and know how to use all equipment or offer training, demonstrating key safety issues - Maintaining a high level of quality control and reduce manufacturing errors and wastage - Maintain satisfactory levels of stock and keep our stock records up to date Attributes required -Experience in a similar Foreman/Production Manager role (not desirable) -Ability to manage staff and delegate tasks -Be extremely motivated and hold a positive attitude -Be approachable to other members of staff - Ensure all equipment is regularly serviced and in a safe and proper order - Comply with all, HACCP & OH & S policies and procedures appropriate to the factory - Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a busy team -Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills - Have or be willing to obtain relevant Food handling, HACCP, or other food safety certificates Emails CV & Resume: [email protected] Www.totallypurefruits.com.au
