Accountability - from us, those text messages we send when you miss a class, the push from the coaches when they know you have more to give. Accountability from their peers. 08.01.2022 It’s business as usual at TM Hey guys so this Corona virus is everywhere in the media and while we think this goes without saying regardless of virus or not we want to reiterate hygiene policy Do not come to class if you;... Are unwell with flu like symptoms (cough, fever, sore throat, aches) You have been in China, Iran, Italy or Korea in the last 14 days We have very high hygiene standards already but we ask everyone to take their own hygiene into their own hands. Bring a towel, wipe down any equipment, minimise touching your face and other people. There are alcohol wipes in the gym area and there are spray bottles in the reformer room with alcohol and essential oils All our face to face sessions will run as normal. One thing you should not do is stop moving.
