The class incorporates muscle management techniques, strengthening and stretching exercises to improve your performance on the bike. Suitable for all levels, from recreational riders to professionals. Classes resume Monday 11th January.

01.01.2022 Changes are afoot..... Some of you may already know that this is my last week working full-time at Totalphysio. For a number of years I have been wanting to up-skill and do further study in the area of health and rehabilitation. Earlier this year I heard I had successfully gained a place at the University of the Sunshine Coast to study an Honours degree in Occupational Therapy. Unbelievably I have worked at Totalphysio for close to 5 years, where has the time gone! Norma...lly I am accepting of change but this time I have a mixture of both sadness, trepidation & excitement as I start the next journey of my life. Sadness that I will no longer be working with all you lovely people every day. As of next week I will be changing my hours of work and reducing my teaching to Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings only. It is not all bad news though..... In the next few weeks you will see familiar faces and new faces working in the studio. Next week we are offering our full timetable with Jacqui Moretto teaching opposite myself. Thankyou to all of you for being wonderful client's, for the fun & laughter. I look forward to seeing you on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Ruth. (Physio Assistant & Mature Student!)

01.01.2022 Being put through their paces at this mornings Fit Ball master Class. Pilates mat classes are held on Tuesday's at 7 am, next week we will be using the Foam Roller.
