25.01.2022 Very excited to meet the newest Adamstown neighbours!

24.01.2022 At Total Podiatry Solutions, we have proudly and exclusively used Queensland Orthotic Lab for our custom foot orthotics since day 1 of the practice, almost 16 years ago. The best in the business, this post gives just a little bit of insight in to the care, detail and specificity of our laboratory's manufacturing processes in producing the quality devices we use and trust on a daily basis. When only the finest will do...

23.01.2022 Not the usual kind of deliveries to work this week... #santaiscoming | #christmasdeliveries | #medicalsupplies | #sortakinda

20.01.2022 It's that time of year!!! Season's greetings from us to you, and we'll see you when we re-open on 6 January!!

16.01.2022 * * Appreciation post * * Farewells are never easy, and today has been one of those. It's with a heavy heart we say goodbye to a special lady who’s made the difficult decision to finish her time with us and move on to a new chapter that includes more time with her beautiful family. Sam, thank you for the almost 10 years you have spent with us here at Total Podiatry Solutions. You have been an integral part of what makes our practice what it is, and I can only say a very humbl...e thanks for everything throughout that time. From our team here, and on behalf of your very loyal patients, we’ll all miss you greatly, and wish you every happiness and success in whatever the future holds for you - thanks for being not just a great colleague, but an even better friend!

10.01.2022 With a catastrophic fire danger rating forecast for the Hunter today, our thoughts are with those involved in the fire-fighting efforts, as well as families that have been affected by fires already. Although a number of schools and fire-prone areas are closed today in the Hunter, we can confirm that Total Podiatry Solutions will be open and feeling fortunate, cool in the air-conditioning inside. However, with the lingering smoke haze and extreme poor air quality, those with asthma and other respiratory conditions may find it difficult to be outside today. For those adversely affected by this who have appointments with us today, please don't hesitate to phone us on 49527131 to reschedule if needed.

09.01.2022 * * * Appreciation post * * * A particularly trying day for all today, with Telstra deciding to simply shut off all our communications with the outside world at 9am without notification (not even to our fabulous new internet service providers). No phones, no internet, no health fund/Medicare claiming, no fax or email, nothing. Part of our transfer to the NBN, but not ideal, to say the least... To the wonderful guys, Beau and Glenn, from our new, and more importantly, local IS...P, who managed to ressurect some form of communications without any notice - thank you. Thank you also for the patience and understanding from our patients today. And last, but most definitely not least, thanks to our wonderful front office staff who quietly managed the issues, worked with what we had, and still managed a few laughs amongst it all. So, happy weekend all, and at this stage, Monday's looking up!!!

08.01.2022 With all that is around us at the moment, it's never been more important to check in with family, friends, and colleagues. And in particular, to those in Victoria - you've got this, we're thinking about you, and wishing you positive vibes from afar. In this instance though? Awesome work from Cylie W stitching this together, with cameos from @podiatryatcamberwellroad, @thefemalepod, @the.good.shoe.shop and yours truly, though clearly not in my work get up Best thing about b...eing a Pod? We go alright as a broader community, and we're proud to be part of it! But, until we can all meet up again, I'd like to think we're all able to: ask listen encourage to seek professional help check back in You'll never know, it might just make someone's day #podiatrychallenge accepted.

08.01.2022 Why your feet are important #1 They keep you active & mobility is independence: We’re talking about the important stuff here: your life, your community, freedom, relationships, health, activity, travel, independence, mobility, and your overall happiness! It’s a tall order, but foot health can help you to live your best life.

08.01.2022 With the start of Foot Health Week in 2019 today, we'll be aiming to have a bit of a discussion throughout the week about where your feet fit in to your overall health. You may be surprised at the link between your feet, and the health of your entire body! By understanding the impact of your feet and legs on your health, you can be more physically active, and improve your health. And nothing is more important than that!

05.01.2022 A new water feature installed in the Plaza car park today? We do love a good afternoon summer storm here at the practice, but it does make parking a tad dfficult. Thankfully, the drainage pumps do their job, and soon enough, we're back to normal. Still, the lightning, small hail and thunder sure was impressive!!!

04.01.2022 Looks like we've got a storm brewing here at the practice Stay safe on the roads home, enjoy the rain, and we'll see what tomorrow brings!

03.01.2022 Why your feet are important #2 They tell a much bigger story: Your feet and lower limbs are often a critical factor in developing or avoiding non communicable health diseases elsewhere in your body. Even if it doesn't immediately seem connected to foot health, the link is real. Think obesity, arthritis, diabetes, heart disease and a range of other conditions.

02.01.2022 Why your feet are important #3 They are a work of art! Or at least Leonardo da Vinci thought so when he said, ‘The human foot is a masterpiece of engineering and a work of art.’ Did you know that your foot contains 28 bones, 33 joints, more than 100 tendons, muscles, and ligaments, and 250,000 sweat glands? Your feet support your entire body and need to work well for you to be active and healthy.... (Photo credit: Leonardo da Vinci!!! )
