With having recently expanded our space, so we our now opening up our facility to the PUBLIC! With no contracts or sign up fees of any sort, advice from gym instructors available upon your request and great prices this ...is the place to work-out that will suit you. You can train privately if you want to! This is a new addition to our business so call to find out more! Our staff have at least 5 years of experience, This experience varies from Weight loss, Rehabilitation, Endurance Training, Building Muscle Tone to Building Muscle Mass. The most common question we come across is, "what do you do/ how do you train?". The answer all depends on what you want, enjoy and importantly need in terms of training. We change our training methods and styles to suit you as an INDIVIDUAL. No one body is the same as another. Different things work for different people. To achieve the best and quickest possible results, we have to get to know YOU. Your likes, dislikes, your lifestyle, your goals, your motivation and most importantly how to make exercise fun for you, because if you don't enjoy exercise then you won't keep training. Having our clients continuing to train is highly important to us and one of our business goals. Whether you're training with us or not isn't the goal but training and exercise being part of your lifestyle is very important to us.
