23.01.2022 Have you ever wondered what that thick, white layer on a fresh, new baby is.....? Well, this waxy substance is called Vernix Caseosa - and it is a result of a...n important secretion - of a special oil - created in baby’s sebaceous glands. Vernix typically begins to accumulate in the last trimester of pregnancy and is thought to not only protect the baby in utero, but it also serves as a mechanism of defense after baby is born. In the past, as soon as baby emerged from its protective womb, it was quickly whisked away from its mother - to have that gunk wiped off, be given its first bath, have a whole series of tests taken, procedures done, and injections given. 05.01.2022 Our latest Gardasil suit on behalf of Zach Otto, 24, of Fountain Valley, CA charges Merck with defrauding the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), legis...lators, doctors and moms about Gardasil’s safety and efficacy. Zach Otto was 16 when he received his first Gardasil shot in 2012. Zach’s mother swallowed Merck’s claims that Gardasil is safe, prevents cancer and that good mothers vaccinate their children with Gardasil. After his second jab, Zach experienced body pains, headaches, cold symptoms, rashes, joint and ear pain, and swollen lymph nodes. Two days after his third shot, Zach’s knees buckled, leaving him unable to move. In later months, he suffered disabling pain, dysautonomia, inability to walk, fainting, migraines and anxiety. In 2016, he tested positive for postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), an autoimmune disorder. Zach dropped out of college and cannot work. He lives with his mother, his primary caregiver. Nurses visit Zach to administer his intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIg), an expensive and exhausting therapy requiring hours. His disabling injuries, pain and mobility limitations have emotionally devastated him. In 2006, Merck muscled FDA to illegally fast-track Gardasil HPV in six months. There was no emergency; only 2.3 per 100,000 women die of cervical cancer at an average age of 58. Merck hid Gardasil’s risks, known from its clinical trials, including autoimmune disease, reproductive injuries, cancer and death while wildly exaggerating Gardasil’s effectiveness. Gardasil has never been shown to prevent cervical or any kind of cancer. In fact, studies show that Gardasil may cause cervical cancer. Our lawsuit targets Merck’s neurotoxic aluminum adjuvant, its secret and hazardous DNA ingredients, borax, polysorbate 80 and genetically-modified yeast ingredients that can cause cancers and other injuries.
