25.01.2022 Oh Baby Lauren was a lucky winner of our Mum to be giveaway we held earlier in the year. We provided a wall for her wedding last year so we couldn’t be happier to hear of her baby news and play a small part in her life’s next big celebration. It’s the repeat customers that truly spark the joy in what we do. Watching birthday after birthday, engagement to wedding, Baby Showers to First Birthdays and being rewarded the opportunity to share in your special moments not once b...ut twice (more for some) is truly the greatest feeling! Best of luck with your next greatest adventure Lauren, hopefully your little man doesn’t keep you waiting too much longer.

23.01.2022 Your butt is the bomb Not going to lie I had no idea what this was referenced to but when I shared it with my husband he was most impressed to see the Brooklyn Nine- Nine quote hung upon our Ebony Wall. This intimate ceremony was set amongst the lush surrounds of Anderson gardens for possibly one of the most chill couples we have ever dealt with. I arrived to deliver slightly freaking out how I was to carry one of our heaviest walls pregnant while the muscles of the bus...iness was away. I was SO thankful when greeted by a helpful guy who happily unloaded and carried the wall for me, I later discovered this lifesaver was the groom! His stunning bride Sarah is the face behind @foxx__photography_ so it’s no wonder they had such gorgeous photos to mark their special occasion. 19.01.2022 A little local love for your Sunday Evening When Emma contacted us for the third time to provide a wall for one of her picnics we were humbled to be asked and couldn’t wait to see what she had planned. Safe to say we weren’t at all disappointed with the end results! Our May wall really looked at home amongst the lush surrounds of Queens Gardens alongside this gorgeous picnic set up by @luxurybespokepicnics complimented by @thistleandspray blooms. ... The excitement of seeing our walls styled really never fades, we are so thankful to provide the canvas for your creativity and love that no two hires have ever looked the same in almost four years in business. An added bonus is the opportunity to meet and work with the incredible people that exist within the local events business, there is no greater feeling than locals supporting locals. We can’t wait to see who we work with next!

18.01.2022 Oh hey there! I feel like we’ve shown our faces on here quite a bit, but if you’ve not a clue or are new.. this is us Nathaniel & Danielle! Here we are in attendance at the most incredible lunch last Sunday at @a_touch_of_salt organized by the amazing Kellie of @supportlocaltownsville . We loved everything about it from the venue, food, gorgeous styling and of course putting faces to the businesses and social media accounts we often interact with. There is something so special about meeting and greeting like minded people and for that we have Kellie to thank for creating such a supportive culture and community for Townsville businesses, we are so privileged to be a part of it!

So naturally when asked to set up a wall for the launch of Fairfield’s Dog Park the answer was of course a resounding YES! How darn cute is Herbert? Thanks for having us Fairfield Central!

So this is us; ... Danielle The lady behind the social media, enquiries, and always up for a chat at deliveries. A primary school teacher currently on Maternity Leave. Addicted to online shopping and will never say to no a Doughnut or two. Nathaniel The guy that builds the walls, delivers them and chief of keeping us on time! Works in Mt Isa Monday to Thursday as a Maintenance Planner Loves to cook and hang out in the backyard at every chance he gets. Ezra 7 weeks new to this world. Tags along with Mum and Dad to most deliveries. Loves eating, sleeping and stealing all the attention. So if you see us out and about don’t be shy to say hello! @vickimillerphotography

13.01.2022 Customer Appreciation This weekend has been a bit of a crazy one and with 3 out 5 of our customers yesterday being repeat customers we could not be happier. We love that you not only choose To the Wall Hire but that you continue to do so again and again! We are just one week out from celebrating 3 years in business a milestone we really couldn’t have ever dreamt of achieving without the support of our family and of course you! This lovely customer here got in touch with u...s a couple of weekends back in a panic on a Saturday afternoon when her party plans had not gone to plan at all. She was hours out from celebrating her 30th with no Wall for those precious photos to mark the celebration due to a last minute cancellation. Instantly we felt the need to help her out and delivered our Ebony Wall just in time for the celebrations to begin. At last minute we decided to throw in our Sip Sip Hooray neon complimentary to help brighten up the party mood. The neon itself hadn’t been officially launched yet but we couldn’t help but do all that we could to turn this party day around! We may not be able to do it all but we will always do whatever we can to help make the party set up a little less stressful. Whether it be attaching a sign, helping you out with some decorations or coordinating with your other vendors, we will always do our best to help make the party set up process as smooth as we possibly can. She is 2.4m high and her width can range from 2.4m to 6m, we are still in love and know you will be too!

10.01.2022 Better Together Without the support of so many our small business would not be thriving and surviving as well as it has amidst the craziness of this year. There is barely a booking that we attend that we don’t get the pleasure of working with another local business. Whether it be one of the many unique venues we set up at, stylists, florists, personalized signage, and balloon extraordinaries that add that extra personal touch to our walls. Photographers that capture our wa...lls in action and help to showcase just how versatile they are. Local businesses that have allowed us to be a part of their own special celebrations and of course our wonderful customers for being the motivation for our business to continue. I would love to tag you all but I know I’ll miss some so from the bottom of our hearts thank you supporting our small business and helping exceed our expectations for yet another year. The last few weeks have been such a blur and life has been hectic working full time, adjusting to life growing a little human, delivering walls for your events and keeping on top of your much appreciated enquiries! We are ever so thankful as always for your continued support and while I wish there was two of me at times, it’s really only just me! I respond to all your messages and emails, send through all the invoices, manage our ...social media accounts and deliver all of your walls- this part I’ll be honest I don’t do alone, thanks Nate and family I could not do it without you. If you want to get in touch to book in your next event we suggest you do so ASAP as dates are filling up unbelievably quick right now. To book a wall our preferred method of contact is either via our social media accounts, email or even just a text. As we are both working during business hours we cannot promise to be able to answer your calls, also if it’s in writing I’ve got less chance of forgetting- blame the baby brain for that one! 04.01.2022 Happy 3rd birthday to us! Today marks our third year in business and I would be lying if I said I knew we would make it this far. It’s absolutely crazy to think we went from a simple Hey Nate can you make me a Doughnut Wall? to what we are now. If I’m honest we’ve spent the last three years completely winging it every step of the way- from designing and making our products, setting up social media, building our website, costing and invoicing, and forming a loyal customer... base, all while working full time as a teacher and a maintenance planner! To the Wall Hire has been such an incredible experience and learning curve for the two of us! We almost feel as though we’ve grown alongside our business. In our first year we got engaged, our second year married and now in our third we are getting ready to become a family of 3. Those that have followed us closely from the beginning would have noticed the growth in our hire items has often reflected our life’s changes too. Just wait until you see what we’ve got planned for our baby shower next year- sorry Nate. To the Wall would not be possible if it weren’t for the support we continue to receive from some pretty incredible people around us. Thank you to our friends and family for backing us and stepping in to help with deliveries even if you really don’t want to. The amazing local business community we’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with, we admire your individuality and Townsville is so lucky to have such an abundance of talent. Our customers and followers, thank you for following along our journey and allowing us to play a small part in your life’s special moments.
