24.01.2022 SOLD OUT! (https://www.trybooking.com/BNZRZ) Tots’n’Tunes is BACK for 2021! We are thrilled to let you know that Tots’n’Tunes will be back and running for another year. Due to the ongoing pandemic, our CovidSafe measures will still be in place and we will strive to ensure that our kids can have fun singing and dancing in a safe environment. ... Term 1 classes will kick off on the Thursday the 28th January and run through til Thursday 1st April. This is subject to future restrictions that may be implemented during term due to the pandemic. For a quick overview: Every Thursday Session 1: 9:30am 10:00am Session 2: 10:30am 11:00am Cost per family: One child: $20 per term Two children: $30 per term Three+ children: $40 per term We must note that there will be a number of changes implemented to ensure that we stay CovidSafe for the term ahead, which include the following: - Adherence to the 1.5m rule - Hand sanitiser to be used when entering the church hall - Props used are disinfected at the end of the day, and not used between sessions - No trial sessions will be offered - Sign-in on the day is compulsory - Online booking/payment only. No cash on the day. - Morning tea will not be served (although you are welcome to supply your own) - Places are STRICTLY limited. If your desired session time is sold out please DO NOT book a different session and ask to be transferred. - Booking spaces are indicative of the number of children attending. Please only one adult to attend per booking. - The Church hall needs to be cleaned between sessions. The backyard will be open but unfortunately we can no longer hang around indoors when the sessions finish. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to park, sign-in and find a place to seat. We begin each session promptly at 9:30am and 10:30am. Please find parking in the surrounding streets, as the church grounds are used by those involved in organising Tots'n'Tunes. It goes without saying that if you or your little ones are exhibiting any symptoms (including but not limited to: fever, dry cough, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath etc.) that you refrain from joining us and instead seek medical advice immediately. Please follow the current state recommendations regarding close contact with persons who’ve recently returned from overseas. Any future updates will be in response to further government advice. 18.01.2022 Missed out in joining us for Term 1 of 2020? Our friends at Ithaca Presbyterian Church in Paddington run a Tots’n’Tunes program each Wednesday at 9:30 during term. There is morning tea provided afterwards, it’s a smaller class size, and no registration needed; you can come along any week that suits you for just a gold coin donation! 18.01.2022 TOTS’n’TUNES CANCELLED Since our last post over the weekend, the current situation regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus has developed considerably. As a result, we have made the decision to close our doors for the Tots’n’Tunes program for the foreseeable future. Graceville Presbyterian Church started Tots’n’Tunes with the intention to serve our community by providing a welcoming and relaxed babies/toddler group that was accessible, affordable and fun. However in ...the interests of public safety and that of our members and children during this global health crisis, we believe it’s best not to put the vulnerable at risk by continuing with Tots’n’Tunes . As a church, we’ll be looking at various other ways to continue serving our community during this challenging time. We want to thank each and everyone of you for your support and encouragement over the last few years. We’ve had a blast singing, dancing, wiggling and shaking along to the music with you all, and we promise to be back as soon as it is safe to do so! 16.01.2022 This update is no longer current. Tots’n’Tunes is cancelled until further notice In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and the seriousness of the virus, we will be taking steps to minimise kids shared physical contact with objects and each other for the remainder of the Tots’n’Tunes program. As a result, there will no longer be musical instruments and props in the sessions - the songs will be adjusted to reflect this change. We will also be halting the serving of morning tea..., and we encourage each family to instead bring their own packed snacks for their little ones should they wish to stay and chat with one another. An email reminder will be sent out early next week to those who may miss this update. It goes without saying that if you or your little ones are exhibiting any symptoms (such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath) that you refrain from joining us and instead seek medical advice immediately. 16.01.2022 Welcome to Tots’n’Tunes Graceville! We are back for 2020 to provide a music and movement playgroup for babies through to kindy age children - meeting every Thursday of each term. We run two sessions each week; 9:30am and 10.45am, with both sessions joining together for morning tea at 10.00am. Registrations Open We ask our members to sign up for a whole term in advance. This is to keep our program, manageable, enjoyable and stress free so our little ones can have fun wit...hout being overwhelmed! If you missed out, we still offer trial sessions and we also have a partner church in Paddington who run a Tots’n’Tunes program each Wednesday.
