03.01.2022 Coronavirus Update In light of the recent announcements , we will remain open. However your health and all our furry babies are important so whilst we will continue to provide grooming services, we seek your understanding as to why we are taking extra precautions during this time for everyones health. 1. If you arrive and we are attending to another customer please keep a safe distance away, wait outside or in your car until someone leaves. We promise we will note whos next... in line and make sure no one jumps your queue. Ideally there should only be one person in the shop each time to do the pick up and drop off. We will ring or text you when your pooch is ready, and we kindly ask that you come as soon as possible as we are staggering our pick up times. If you have a preferred timing for pick up please let us know as we understand you would prefer to head home after drop off. We are stepping up our disinfecting processes and cleaning the premies at least 3 times a day and more if required. At this stage we would appreciate if you could give us a ring if you intend to come in as as we are managing our staff hours. Please be reassured we are keeping up to date with government/health official guidelines. With all these extra precautions to keep you, your furbabies and ourselves as safe as possible, we thank you for your support and appreciate your understanding. Please continue to follow hygiene guidelines and inform us as early as possible if you are presenting symptoms, or are unwell in general. Please stay safe everyone!
