10.01.2022 Through the course of this year, I've thought more and more about men's health, and particularly about men's mental health. It was a great pleasure to travel to Brisbane with Soul Song Cairns to participate in QMF's Help Is On Its Way concert with Glenn Shorrock, Busby Marou, The McClymonts and Travis Collins, along with a mass choir of about 2500 people. I have posted the link to this event (the choral parts are at 7:30 and 1:16:28) in the comments, below. I hope you enjoy it, and I hope it gives you as much cause to stop and think, or maybe even reach out for help, as it gave me.

07.01.2022 I'm very excited to be singing in the Soul Song Choir this weekend at CPAC with Julie Faulks and many others. Friends of this page will know Julie is my wife, and together we are members of a large community choir knows as Soul Song Cairns. We are taking part among a choir of 80 or more Cairns people in our annual theatre performance this Saturday. It's a great chance to listen to some great music, and maybe have a sing yourself!
