19.01.2022 Thought for the week.... When we are under pressure, it is important we make time for even more sacred moments.... What does that mean to you? What does that look like for you? This allows us to re-center, breathe a little more slowly and see more clearly.

If we put our energies into 'being' instead of 'doing' things begin to shift. Then we can begin to move beyond our hopes and fears and claim our space in the world as we move to a place of greater insight.
