25.01.2022 APPRECIATION POST I wanted to say a huge thank you to my wonderful staff for their enormous efforts last week for Mother's Day. Kayla, Joan, Sarah, Phoebe and mum, worked many long hours through the day and night to ensure we got all our orders complete. Thank you to our amazing courier Jo and her team for delivering over 550 orders in one week!! Thank you to all our customers for supporting us and allowing us to create beautiful flowers for all the special mums out there.... And thank you to our husbands, partners and families for constantly supporting and helping us with dinners, children, chores etc. We couldn't do it without you. Another exhausting but fun week spent with my work family. I say it all the time, but I truly do have the best team, family, customers and support crew. I am forever grateful for you all. Ashley. 24.01.2022 Attention flower lovers. With the current world pandemic, the floristry industry is experiencing higher demand for flowers with the lowest stock availability. Our poor Australian growers depleted their crops to provide everything possible to florist for the biggest Mothers Day in years. We are now faced with limited stock availability until things grow again. We are trying our absolute best to source flowers from several growers and markets Australia wide but it is a difficult and stressful time for everyone. We have never experienced anything like it. Please be kind and patient with us. We are truly doing the best we can under the circumstances. The Touchwood Flowers Team.

15.01.2022 KAYLA- 10 YEARS AT TOUCHWOOD FLOWERS. Today is a very special occasion for Kayla. She has officially work for Touchwood for 10 years. Starting out as a young trainee after being manager at KFC, she came into the interview with fresh enthusiasm. Kayla went though Tafe and excelled in her course. Learning all things floristry and working so hard from the very start. Fast forward a few years and Kayla then started taking on more responsibility in the shop, helping with ordering..., accounts and general running of my shop. Her passion, dedication, loyalty and commitment to my florist is evident in every way. She managed and ran the shop while I was in maternity leave, something I will be forever grateful for. Kayla has been apart of our many business award wins and has even won Young Emoloyee at both local and regional level. Kayla is the most amazing employee, lady and friend and goes above and beyond her duties. She has fantastic customer service and has made some wonderful relationships with our clients. I am so proud of everything she has achieved and am so lucky to have her as a leader of my Touchwood Team. So thank you from the bottom of my heart and Congratulations Kayla.
