20.01.2022 Run club iso week 13 This week I’m taking back the program cause I miss pushing you guys to the max. I do this session weekly with my awesome run buddy and run coach @brigitte_sneyders it’s hurts it a real good way and you’ll be on a run high for the rest of the day. Ok team a day or two before you do this session you’ll need to do a 6min time trial.
