It was in the early 90’s that the original owner of Italia Mia would escort her friends and clients to Italy to experience food cooking classes. Can you believe it - a time when there were no cooking classes in Italy for Australians to experience? Carol was passionate about bringing unique experiences beyond the cookie-cutter tours, and although she is no longer with us we are still passi...onate for our clients to have these experiences.
