You will find fascinating stories to learn about and objects to examine. Mrs #Maclurcan's #cookery book is one of these objects. She managed her first hotel at 15 only in #Brisbane and from 1887 she managed the Criterion and later the Queens hotel. She later published this book waiting for you to check out at the @museum_of_tropical_queensland.
