22.01.2022 Over the past 7 weeks this group of students has participated in the annual Opti-minds challenge. Townsville Central entered three teams; in Science Engineering, Language Literature, and Social Science. Due to COVID-19 the teams completed a long term and spontaneous challenge and submitted via video. The regional tournament was judged Sunday. All teams worked very hard giving up weekends and we are very proud of their solutions. We are very excited to congratulate Language Literature and Social Science who were WINNERS in their categories! Special mention to Social Science who were the favourite performance of the Regional Director for all divisions and categories. Congratulations and great work to all involved!
