Our goal is for children to become confident, responsible, independent learners, who trust in their own abilities. ... Our guiding values are Integrity, Family and Respect. We believe in providing children with opportunities to grow in a happy environment where their voices are heard. We believe in fostering relationships with the family as it is a team effort in caring and nurturing a child. We use Montessori methods to build self-confidence, social skills and a love for learning. The Lead Educator should have a Diploma in Childcare with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Toddlers. Previous experience as a responsible person in-charge or nominated supervisor would be highly regarded, as would experience with Montessori. This is a permanent part-time role initially working 15 hours per week leading to 37.5 hours as enrolments increase. 02.01.2022 Lincoln has been draw to our human anatomy model on the shelf in the Cultural area of the classroom ever since it appeared. This week I found some human anatomy three part cards that work perfectly with our model. Three part cards are a great way to expand children’s vocabulary and for them to master the information about the topic. There are a lot of free three part cards available online in a variety of topics. Just print them off cut them up and pop them into a container for your child. If you have some at home at the moment that your child is mastering we would love to hear what topic they are.
