Please see the attached picture outlining the stance of Queensland Athletics and Athletics North Qu...eensland relating to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic. Whilst the situation is constantly changing as we come to grips with the scale of this challenge, the health and safety of all people associated with the club are paramount and takes precedence above all else. As of 18 March 2020, the most important information relating to Townsville Road Runners is as follows; - ALL club runs on our 2020 calendar scheduled until the 31st of May are canceled. - ALL weekly training sessions (Tuesday track, Thursday morning Tempo, Thursday evening Runsquad, Sunday long run) until the 31st of May are canceled. This information COULD change and if that's the case, we'll update you accordingly. If you're running with your own group still, Townsville Road Runners strongly encourages all runners to adhere to these guidelines. Stay healthy, stay safe and above all, look after each other.
