Bring goggles and running shoes plus coffee money (support our local at Odyssey). New people always welcome. Don't need experience, we will guide you along. Exercise at your own pace, it's not a race.

12.01.2022 Tomorrow’s tri session is a no drop ride out to black river turn off along Harvey’s Range road return approx 60km if you start from the city. Pick up points 1) queens gardens - crn Paxton & Gregory 5:15 am ... 2) my foot dr, Ross river road 5:35 am 3) opposite willows 5:50 am It’s getting warm so make sure you have plenty of water and nutrition!
