23.01.2022 Hey Guys! You might've noticed the weather forecast for tomorrow - there's a "chance of rain" or showers between 6-9am. I'm gonna be at the oval setting up from... 6:15, so i'll update this page with yay or nay based on if it's raining down at the oval / if it looks really doubtful. If we have to cancel, i'm avail 2pm-4pm (Sat) so we can do a (free) 1-1 at the oval. 04.01.2022 Last week was crazy guys - sorry for lack of posts - so i thought i'd do something different today and share with you some of the results my clients have accomplished: - one client has lost 13kg in just under 6 weeks - increased 1RMs (strength gain), including a whopping +20kg onto their deadlift - an old niggling muscle sprain has reduced noticably, with flexibility greatly improved... - distinct shape change from increasing muscle tone - better eating habits; healthier nutrition - increased motivation and physical activity - decreased boredom from a massive variety of training styles and PT sessions -> routine! - weight losses of 1-3kg - a client has noticed improved fitness on the sports field - aerobic fitness has lifted - a client has started seeing some stomach (ab) definition This is just some of what you can achieve with Personal Training, so if you or anyone you know is after results, get to it!
