18.01.2022 My Fit College shirt finally came in the mail the other day! Aswell as I had my first proper (Zoom) class last Monday. I’m so beyond happy and excited. This is like a brand new chapter of my life, feel amazing to be following my dream I seriously can not wait till I’m closer to being qualified and can work with and train all of you gorgeous souls

13.01.2022 Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand. In order to get the best results possible in the gym you need to ensure that you are eating the right foods to fuel your body. A lot of people are clueless when it comes to what foods are good and bad for you, which is totally okay! I was the exact same a few years ago. 11.01.2022 Hello Lovelies, So as I’m sure some of you know I am currently studying my Certificate 3 & 4 In Fitness through Fit College to become a Personal Trainer. Obviously I am not qualified so I’m unable to train anyone yet, but I thought I should get my name out there and build a brand for my self so that when the time comes and I am able to train 1 on 1, I have some clients ready. My main focus is going to be on empowering women, and making them fall in love with them self and fe...el comfortable in their own skin. I absolutely love weight training and I believe girls shouldn’t feel afraid to lift heavy because they think they’re gonna get bulky I absolutely love the look of strong women, strong women rock. 02.01.2022 Lateral Raises! One of my all time favourite exercises to perform. I love to chuck a few sets of lateral raises into my shoulder day as it targets your deltoids. The lateral raise is very commonly performed wrong, make sure you’re only raising your arms till they’re level with your shoulders, if you go any higher it starts to use your traps more then your delts! -TPPT Personal Training
