16.01.2022 They never knew what hit them! @notsoaj this lad!!!!! 3 months of boxing and steps into the ring to have his first fight. Takes each round in for the win Joe, has been the highlight of my time training people, absolute pleasure of a man, changing his mindset, increasing his physical ability, building his skills, becoming a better athlete, and my favourite, putting his faith and trust into his coach, and giving me the best experience to have someone so amazing to share this ...time with. Training hard, listening, ALWAYS asking questions and taking on every bit of information I gave him, and in return he gave a friendship and bond I’ll never be able to forget!
