Ingredients 6 eggs 114.29 g light margarine 0.23 kg low-fat cheddar cheese ... 6 Tbsp flour 0.90 kg nonfat cottage cheese 285.71 g frozen, chopped broccoli (thawed) 1/4 tsp salt 1 dash black pepper 1 dash paprika (optional) 114.29 g jar chopped pimento (optional) 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, fresh or canned (optional) Directions: Combine all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased casserole dish (2 quart). Bake in 350F oven for 1-1/2 hours. Serve hot. Variations: Can be served as a main dish, served with sliced fresh apples and crusty bread
