We see dancers, football players, swimmers, gymnasts, little knippers and much more! If you have a child looking to better their game and stay on top of injuries, give us a call. We will take them through 3 privates lessons (Start Up) and write a program specific to their needs, goals and abilities. ... Read more by following the link in our bio.

13.01.2022 Did you stretch this week? Do you know it is just as important to release your muscles and fascia as it is to strengthen? If you have spent a lot of time sitting this week, or doing the same repetitive movements (running, holding babies, sitting at a computer) your body needs to release and MOVE!... Start the weekend with a roll and release class online to move all those tight bits. Follow the link in our bio and click VIDEO LIBRARY
12.01.2022 What's your fav Pilates exercise?
12.01.2022 Inversions - you either love 'em or hate 'em. Which one are you? Next time you're upside down try keeping length through the waist, get those hips high to the sky! ... The challenge is also finding activity in the back of the body (posterior chain) to assist the front of the body and LENGTHEN! Back extensors and abdominals work here like a little spine sandwich.
10.01.2022 How many props does Bec make you play with at once???? She is the queen of small apparatus #wollongongpilates #pilatesclasseswollongong
10.01.2022 Here's another inversion to try. Long Spine is a great way to practice inversions and get the back line of the body firing. Work hard to keep feet right on top of the pelvis an actively press feet away to fire hamstring s and glutes. If you feel nothing, you're not in the right position. You might need to open the hips a little more and work heels to the footbar.... Happy practicing!
09.01.2022 Happy birthday to our boss chick Tam. (Always pointing us in the right direction!)

04.01.2022 Moving and exercising in all ranges and directions is super important for body function. If you spend a lot of time doing movements in one plane (running, cycling, rowing) then you need to make sure you mix it up a little when you're working out to balance things out. Be sure to include movements/exercises that move you forward, backward, sideways and in as many combinations as possible.
02.01.2022 Do you have a TPW tank? They are super comfy and also come in a T-shirt style. Grab one next time you're in the studio for just $25
