07.01.2022 One of my famBam’s recent faves. Seafood chowder! I have been learning to make this from scratch during lock down, and get it to the perfect seafood taste, dairy free but thick consistency. My next goal is to make my own bread, and then make perfect size rolls I can serve the soup in! Not a bad achievement for a gal in a wheelchair! Lots of smart kitchen aides required, thanks to Regional Allied Health Services OT Lee.
