03.01.2022 We know everyone is crazy busy in life & in work. We understand that the world we are operating in these days are a trying time, but please we ask that you keep in mind that we are a small local business that employs local People and it’s just super hard to keep our staff and salon overheads at a managing cost when clients simply don’t show up. Here’s just putting it out there for today we have had 4 large appointments just not show up, which in return means that those clien...ts wanting an appointment today missed out, and for a small business the income lost at this times is equivalent to us sponsoring the local team, or donating raffles to your fundraiser, and hard to recoup with staff & overhead cost. Please be considerate when making bookings, and confirming appointments. But in the future don’t be surprised if we need to take booking fees! Yes this is a rant, and there will be no more discussion or negative comments in anyway. This post is just a FYI and not aimed at anyone in particular. Thank you for your understanding Tracey Rowley!
