23.01.2022 Well I got that look this afternoon. The death stare from Margie while she was doing the ring pull-ups . Not only once, but every time. It was pretty scary. I guess she didn’t like the combo of the pull-ups, pushups and ab rollouts.

17.01.2022 Great work this morning by the fabulous Friday group. What a workout!! Wall balls and assault bike EMOM alternating for 20 minutes. I was asked was I drinking when I wrote this one. Yes it hurt. Well done to Lisa and myself who were just too good . 213 calories to Mark and Jess who got 210. Apparently it was Jess’ fault. 05.01.2022 Yesterday ten of us ventured to Coonabarabran and completed a 17.3 trail through the Warrumbungles. It was a beautiful day with some spectacular views from the top of the mountain. We had to be mountain goats to get there but we did. We all survived bar a sore ankle, sore knee, few scratches and an encounter with a brown snake!! A great day with great company. Thanks Ta and Kylee for driving us and Jen and Sal for the beautiful food (cheese, champagne and rocky road to die for). We have planned a trip to Coolah Tops on Sunday 13th September.
