09.01.2022 New mantra You are afraid of surrender because you don’t have control... But you never had control; all you had was anxiety. Even though I’m mostly master of my anxiety these days, it still creeps in - especially with the current world climate. 04.01.2022 Do you find yourself wanting to do something but are too scared to take action? Worrying about what could go wrong? So much so that the worry keeps you stuck, like a deer in the headlights? Procrastinating, dreaming, wishing but never actually doing anything? If you find yourself in this place, it's because your inner guidance is speaking to you. Your soul is keeping you stuck on purpose! It's whispering to you that something's not right, that you haven't covered all your bas...es. Contrary to popular belief, this means you should not 'feel the fear and do it anyway'. Your anxiousness & worry won't go away until you PLAN for the outcome you're worried about. If you know what you're afraid of, you can prepare for the possibility that it WILL happen. When you plan for everything you're worried about, for the worst-case scenario, you'll find your worry disappears. And then NOTHING will stand between you and taking action to chase what you want.
