25.01.2022 To my fellow Lightworkers > Thank you for your commitment to your light For every single time it crossed your mind to throw in the towel and give up, but you reached for belief instead, thank you for your commitment to your light For every time you showed up to your practice (your medi cushion, your healing sessions, your yoga class, your journaling), even when you resisted it, when it made you cry, when it felt painful, when it was really easy to show up, when it was real...ly fucking hard to show up, when it brought up shit you didn’t even know was there, thank you for your commitment to your light For every time things felt uncertain, confusing, unclear and made you question everything in your life, but you still took one wobbly step at a time, thank you for your commitment to your light For being brave enough to let go in order to let God, thank you for your commitment to your light For deciding that enough is enough, I don’t want to treat myself like shit anymore, I don’t want to believe these thoughts, I don’t want to choose fear and stay here, thank you for your commitment to your light For holding that vision in your heart and having the courage to share it with the World in the way that only you can, knowing it would never have landed with you if you weren’t capable, worthy + enough to receive and create it, thank your for your commitment to your light For every time you felt really alone, weird, disconnected or different, and you had the courage to keep going when your family and friends maybe didn’t ‘get it’, thank you for your commitment to your light For every time you were shit scared and felt like a fraud but you just knew you had step up and to do it, thank you for your commitment to your light When it was really fucking easy to dim down and run away but you didn’t, thank you for your commitment to your light When you could have pretended you didn’t have the energy / time / money, but you leant into trust and creative possibility instead, thank you for your commitment to your light Thank you always, no matter how big or small it seems, for your commitment to your light I’m proud of you, I’m proud of me, I’m proud of us keep going

22.01.2022 I remember the first time I had a visceral experience of spirit I’d always felt sensitive to energy as a kid, but never really knew what it meant. I’d lay in bed at night and feel like someone or something was in the room with me, I wasn’t scared but I also wasn’t sure what it was I knew I wasn’t alone... As I got older I started cutting off this connection and pretending it wasn’t there because ‘hey so do you feel energies around you when you’re sleeping at night?’ wasn’t really appropriate playground chat at the time I remember clear as day when I was 20, binge-drinking most nights, feeling like shit, having nasty thoughts about myself, feeling confused + lost, I closed my eyes and not only heard but FELT an inner voice saying ‘this is not your path, you’re here to teach’ It overwhelmed me so much that I teared up and also thought ‘wtf am I going to teach?’ I dropped out of Uni and started showing up for myself day by day, following the signs and whispers of this (at the time) very faint inner voice I found myself reading spiritual texts instead of going out, I taught myself to meditate and my head and hands would tingle as soon as I sat down, I learnt reiki, I would go to workshops and yoga classes and leave crying from this inner space of remembrance, I started receiving signs from the Universe that I could no longer ignore, I would get shivers down my spine and feel the need to tell people messages and day by day I simply started choosing better thoughts in my mind 9 years later and I am still figuring my thoughts out, crying in my meditations, showing up for the vision that’s on my heart no matter how loud the doubt, and leaning on my spiritual connection to lead me more than ever The SAFEST thing we can be doing in these times is following our inner guidance, we can’t pretend it’s not there anymore What I know for sure is that once you feel it, those whispers of truth become a knowing and you can’t ever go back, and thank fuck for that x When the student is ready, the teacher appears. 21.01.2022 TRUST IN YOUR LIGHT MORE THAN YOUR FEARS Two of my favourite things to teach are a) Your radiant presence is enough b) Your purpose is to be (all of) you... I will always remember the moment my Kundalini Yoga teacher Guru Das looked me in the eye and said ‘Trace, you will be the most powerful teacher you can be when you just be yourself. Bring YOUR energy to the teachings and let people feel it (feel you) Be totally myself... *so you’re saying I can love mantra and rock out to Matchbox 20 at the same time? I thought....* When you stop doubting you, others stop doubting you So a little lovebomb to the lightworkers and creatives getting all up in their heads convincing themselves they aren’t ready yet or letting their ego repeat the fear ‘but what if I say the wrong thing or don’t know the answer?’ or tryinggg to be the perfectly polished person (eww) before they think anyone will listen to them or want to learn from them I want to invite you into a new story where you stop stressing about trying to nail your niche, you put the fucking PowerPoint presentation on pause, and you move with the energy that is currently trying to move through you It is already there and you’re the one turning the tap OFF People aren’t coming to receive your love + wisdom because you have all the shiny shit + perfectly poetic words (ps that stuff is super fun too, but it isn’t the true reason they are sitting up to pay attention) - they are coming for your radiant presence, always When you strip it alllllll back - they are coming because of the love you radiate, the abundance of care in your heart you wish to offer the world and because they FEEL your commitment to serving in the best way you know how before you even open your mouth Whenever your fear starts rocking one of its Academy Award winning speeches on why you can’t start because you don’t have a,b,c or d yet, repeat to yourself ‘my radiant presence is enough’ Don’t ever forget that YOU are the light in lightworker xo @sociallaura_

21.01.2022 Just because you’re not where you want to be right now, DOES NOT MEAN that where you are is bad! Something I reflect back on the last 6 years of building my business that I am so proud of myself for is that I was so IN THE JOY of my lightwork the whole frign time, before any of the shiny stuff showed up I showed up with my full heart to speak in front of 2 people before it became audiences of 200+... I made videos for Facebook and felt like a total badass droppin’ spiritual bombs even when they would get 4-8views. Now they get thousands, and I show up with exactly the same fire as my 24year old self did. My first offering was an 8 week course for $165 and I felt loaded when 4 people joined. Now my offerings start at $1250 and I feel the same excitement and gratitude that I did when I started. The only person reading my blogs when I first started 6 years ago was my Mum. Now I have a published book that has a global community to go with it. Why - because I LOVE to write and I was willing to keep writing when no one was reading or listening or cared. I felt like a weirdo teaching my first Kundalini yoga class to about 8 people. All of a sudden I was chanting and rocking a turban - but I loved it. Soon I was teaching 40 people a class. I’m sick of people saying ‘it’s only 1 person, I’ll never get there, it’s soo far away’. You’re missing the point of being IN THE PRIVILEGE OF LIVING YOUR LIGHTWORK! Give yourself time to GROUND INTO YOUR GIFTS. If you had everything you think you NEED tmora (the 20 clients, the 6 figures, the big fancy course, the sold out events) would you even know what to do with it? Have you done the energetic work so that when it arrives you can hold it easily and go ‘yeah well of course this happened’ or do you freak out, feel unworthy then leak it all back out the door... Stop rushing! I am impatient AF, but when it comes to serving and living my lightwork, I got my snacks + my backpack + I’m here for the long run What I deeply know is that when you abundantly give (your heart, gifts, energy), you will be abundantly given to Crank your light UP without keeping tabs and just see what starts to happen xo

20.01.2022 IT’S NOT YOUR JOB TO GET THE PEOPLE, IT’S YOUR JOB TO GET TO WORK When I first started my business 5+ years ago, I didn’t have any followers. I was coming off Centrelink student support and fresh out of a life coaching course. My Mum was the only one reading my blogs (even Luke wasn’t on board those days!) But I had big visions on my heart that I would see in my meditations and feel tingles in my hands of bringing people together, speaking, teaching, healing - and at the ti...me it felt SOOO FRIGN FAR AWAY. My mind would start to think: Where the heck were all these people going to magically come from? Is this even a real job, how will I support myself? How would I be ‘legit’ enough to speak on stage? Who would believe and care about what I have to say, I’m just some random country chick? I realised the universe wasn’t checking my bank account, it was checking my belief Trace, it’s not your job to get the people, it’s your job to get to work... And so I did. EVERY hit of intuitive guidance, I followed - especially the times it made no sense. I always believed I was being guided and the universe had a better view than me of what was coming I did the courses, went to the events, watched the YouTube lectures, sold things on gumtree to pay for my first mentor - and most of it I did alone. I had to show up, for the next step to be shown. I wasn’t focusing on a number of followers, I was focusing on following my inner guidance I did draft copy after draft copy after draft copy, knowing the draft copy was perfect for now A blog that is now a published book A sold out hour sister circle of 6, because a sold out all day event of 75. Speaking in front of 10 people at a gym became speaking to 300+ people at large wellness events Having 3 people watch my videos is now 1000’s+ Teaching 4 women on my lounge-room floor for my first program to now creating communities of hundreds through my online programs So many of us are forgetting the MAGIC of just following the breadcrumbs... of TRULY listening to our inner guidance and ACTING on it. 19.01.2022 Taking a second to marinate in the celebration of our 2020 Lightworkers Academy community. Tomorrow night we have our closing ceremony after 4 transformational months together, I’m stocked up on tissues for the occasion... . Celebrating women in this community who over the last 4 months have: widened their understanding of what purpose really means (ps it’s not justtttt your job) hosted their first on/offline events... received their first paying clients overcome body image issues + had photoshoots feeling radiant as ever created completely new, aligned offerings to serve their communities launched podcasts + created physical products acted on ideas they’ve had brewing for months + years Started blogs + submitted book proposals Spoken up through fear and shared their voice in the hope that it helps one other person own their story too grounded into a new version of ‘power’ that is true for them been hired by their dream clients been healing their bodies with deeper self-care connected with their monthly cycles and honoured their own creative seasons had the confidence to own their lightwork upgraded money habits + had almost instant return from the internal shifts women learning to trust other women again ( this is life changing) expanded their toolkits (signing up for life coaching, training in energy work, going to writers workshops) deeply trusting themselves after years of people pleasing started feeling more themselves then ever . This community means so much to me. I sometimes lie awake at night wondering how I can help more, because I feel I’m not doing enough. I believe so deeply in Lightworkers, people who just want to serve, to create + use their gifts to make an impact however they feel called to . This is MY lightwork, helping Lightworkers into THEIRS. This community started as 6 women 2.5years ago, and now 172 women have been through this program with me. And whether it’s 6 people or 172, you betcha I will pour my whole heart, fire and energy in because it’s never about me xo . 09.01.2022 Let’s talk about the voidy McVoid That creatives cannot avoid The space in between the doing When silence lingers a little longer than usual When the creative drive switches to neutral... And things feel a little... off You feel no hunger for having No attachment to achieving No desire to ‘do’ Tired 24/7 Like, there’s no point? It can be confusing AF when you want to reach to grab onto something but there’s nothing there to grab Know that this moment is so important It’s a key part of the process Think about the rotation of paddocks After the crops come to fruition And the harvest is over They are stripped back and stripped bare And ready for their rest No seeds are sewn back to back The paddock is given a whole season To replenish its nutrients To soak up the sunshine just for the sake of it To let the sheep munch the weeds away And turn the land over to bring the pieces of soil deep down in the dark, up to the light New parts emerge What if your womb is the paddock That just signed in for its rest season Knowing full well that the rest Is equally as powerful as the harvest Just like the sun and the moon Your rise and your rest They can’t be in their full potential without each other So what if fearing your void was actually you fearing your wholeness Labelled ‘empty’ instead of ‘content’ Not needing anything to feel whole, for once And what if you gave yourself full permission to just be Spacious and free . - TS See more

03.01.2022 How do you own your lightwork? You just DECIDE to no longer dim down So many clients are shocked when I tell them some of the fears, doubts and stories that I’ve worked through AND continue to work through to show up unapologetically in my purpose and light I have big fears and big doubts - ALL THE FREAKIN TIME. I’m working through a whole new bunch of stories at the moment that the collective projects out often along the lines of you have to choose your biz or baby, you c...an’t have both. I just don’t believe it. Or it’s unfair to shine bright when others are struggling or you’re not sharing enough / you’re sharing too much / shut up and stop seeking attention / talk more about this / talk less about that All the same old ego cray cray, nothing new here Then I remember my own saying you don’t outshine others, you shine FOR others Truth is friend, I have big fears... but I have a bigger heart I have a bigger desire to serve I have a bigger fire in my belly (two now) to support + help others live their greatest joy and lightwork, that’s why I don’t stop when a little made up story in my head tries to convince me too I hear the fear, but I choose not believe it, over and over again. I hear the loud doubts in my mind, and choose to crank the voice in my heart up louder, over and over again More than ever, there are SOO many more people in need of YOUR light and YOUR lightwork than there are people showing up and unapologetically bringing it If we don’t show up and own it, how the fuck will anyone else know that it’s safe to be themselves and shine bright too?
