12.01.2022 Good morning to you all, as some of you are aware, we have a computer based system to help run our business and services easier. Once you have a booking with us, and if made before 3pm the previous day to your appt, you will receive a SMS to remind you of your appt time/date. All you NEED to do is REPLY Yes or No, very simple and easy to use. As you can understand business is hard at the best of times, and when you have made a booking we do hope to see you attend that appt, ...we love looking after you and your hair. But when we have 'no shows' (you don't turn up) that means someone else could have booked their appt in that spot. It also allows me to arrange enough staff on for those hours. By NOT showing and NOT letting us know, we are at a loss of income and paying excess wages when not required. Don't feel obligated in making an appt when you come in to chat with us, we won't be offended, we all have bills to pay, and unexpected things arise last minute, BUT you can still REPLY to the message. I know this is an ongoing problem in many businesses and been for many years. But with the online and computer systems, its even easier. You don't even need to call and speak with us to cancel your appt, so you don't need to feel embarrassed if thats why. Thank you for taking the time to read, and we hope to see you at your next appt.

04.01.2022 We are currently going through some forced renovations due to 2 floods from a burst pipe and then busted hot water system. The salon is currently closed at Annandale central but we have been able to secure a temporary location and will be reopen Monday 18th. Please call or book online and we will be able to contact you with our new location. So exciting news we will be able to attend to your hair needs we hope to have your continued support as this has been very hard for all, staff amd myself and families. I my business and clients and heartbreaking for this to happen especially twice. Thank you to those who have stuck by us and were able to reschedule, and we understand to those who had to go elsewhere due to timing, we hope we see you back when your hair appt is due again. 04.01.2022 I thought I’d share with you some interesting photos of my ‘hair’ during my cancer treatment...in order of before diagnoses, radiation, surgery, regrowth, then prior to chemo during chemo and now after with new growth and curls thankfully my eyebrows are tattooed on if anyone is wondering why I didn’t loose them.
