24.01.2022 WHAT is Crystal Healing and how does Crystal Healing work? Crystals are formed by the natural alignment of minerals over millenia and are structured in such a way that an energy field is created within and around the crystal. When a crystal enters your aura it can change the vibration of your aura slightly and this adds to the healing power of crystals. Crystal Healing has been used over thousands of years by many cultures and civilisations and is non-intrusive and uses a ho...listic approach to wellness. It is the energy field that emanates from the energised crystals that can heal your body, mind and spirit, easing physical pain, relieving emotions, bringing clarity to thought and raising consciousness with spiritual awareness and awakening. A Crystal Healer will place intuitively chosen crystals on and around the body allowing the 'healing vibrations' to interact with the body's energy centres to remove 'blockages' and restore a healthy flow through body and mind. Crystals can also be placed in your room or on your body either as jewellery, in your pocket or in your bra (don't forget to remove the crystal from your pocket or from your bra before removing ). This places the crystal within your aura, immersing it in your energy field. 20.01.2022 It has been a very busy week this week moving my treatment room from one room to another. The reason for the change, I needed more space. I knew I had a large number of crystals and as every crystal lover knows you can never have enough, but seriously, when you need to move them it is a very big job. I love my new treatment room and I am now ready for anyone who wants to experience a Crystal Massage, Crystal Healing or Pranic Healing. All crystals used are intuitively chosen for you. 20.01.2022 If you are interested in pampering your self, why not try a crystal massage. I am offering body massage using crystal wands & spheres intuitively chosen to be used on back, legs, feet, face & hands. The massage lasts for 1 1/2 hours or you can choose a facial & hand massage with or without a chakra balance for 1 hour or for 1/2 hour. I also offer other crystal healings as well as Pranic Healing. I will be at 566 David Street Albury on Saturday the 7th December from 9:00 am. 15.01.2022 I love blue lace agates. Their cool soothing energy is great when I have a headache. I love to massage my temple or lie down and leave my favourite piece on my forehead letting it work it's gentle soothing magic. I have also used blue lace agates to remove pain from other areas of my body or to bring my throat chakra into balance. I will always keep blue lace agates in my healing tool kit.

09.01.2022 Who doesn't love amethyst. The beautiful colour of purple ranging from a pale lilac to the deepest purple of the evening night sky. Amethyst brings with it the calming energy of peace and tranquility, great for relieving emotional stress and anxiety. Amethyst was the first crystal I was drawn to, as many of us are. It was the first crystal I read about and purchased. I have managed to add a number of pieces to my collection over the last couple years, using them when doing healings and using my wands when giving crystal facial massages. Apart from being very pretty to look at, Amethyst is a good all round healer and great to have around.

05.01.2022 Who doesn't love getting a massage. I certainly do. But I have also found that I love giving them, working with my crystal wands as I gently massage my client's face, allowing the healing energy of the crystals do their work as they soothe and calm. I also lay tumbled stones on the face forming a grid pattern and leave them there to weave their magic while I massage the hands and feet. I love what I do and get great joy when spending time with people and working with nature's greatest gifts.

04.01.2022 I love receiving healing messages from Spirit but not too sure about the wee hours of the morning. The message was very particular about which crystals were to be used that day, in particular the rose quartz merkaba pictured below and that the roses from my garden were also to be included, (shame you can't smell them, they are glorious). I can't think of anything that says more about giving and receiving love than Rose Quartz and red roses. I felt so honoured to be able to play a part in this special healing.
