18.01.2022 There are 3 types of athletes: 1. The one who eats whatever they want because they’ll burn it off. 2. The one who follows a strict diet because their body is... a temple. 3. The one who fuels their body for energy, growth & performance. Which one are you?? I was a number 2 which ironically, is a way of eating. So is number 1, but they usually have more fun. It’s NUMBER 3 where you want to be! Good NUTRITION is the foundation of good PERFORMANCE. If you want to excel in your sport and life, you need to get the foundations right. How you FUEL your body, is just as important as how you MOVE it - here are my 3 quick questions to help you NOURISH your body: is my plate made of different colours? does this come from a plant or animal? does it taste good & make me feel full? And here are some signs that you might need some extra support: restricting yourself from eating junk eating foods of just ONE colour tomato sauce is your only veggie There is so much to learn about nutrition and how you can FUEL your body for health, happiness and performance. But it can be so confusing!! Especially when we are bombarded with info about how we should eat. That’s where I can step in. To help you find what’s BEST for you, not only now but in the future. The perfect way to keep your kids active these holidays, cheaper than a babysitter and gives you some 'me' time or time to run errands while your kids burn off energy and have loads of fun. $60 for 2 days or $40 for 1 day. 06.01.2022 WE'RE BACK!!! Complete Body is back as of next week (18th May) and we can't wait to see the CB Family again! We are limited to 'outdoor training' until the... 13th June but our sessions will be run in the park across the road from the gym and include all of the equipment we need to get us back into our regular fitness routine! Where: We will be running all sessions from the park across from the gym on Water St. Just park in your usual spot & we will be there ready to get started! When: We are running 5 x 45min sessions per day MON-FRI at the following time slots.. 2 x 6.00am Group Sessions (later due to poor lighting) 1 x 9.30am Group Session (we will add another session if we get sufficient numbers) 2 x 5.15pm Group Sessions (earlier due to poor lighting) How: We are only allowed 9 members in each group session so that is why we have added the extra session times to cater for our valued members. We can always increase the number of sessions if we have too many people wanting to join. *You will need to book via the website for ALL SESSIONS you wish to attend* Why: Because we miss you all and can't wait to get back into training to see your beautiful faces :)
