Practice times are also slightly different from previous rounds as there is no Pro Straight... 21.01.2022 Eastern Region have decided on the final dates and the format for Track Attack 2020 - note that dates have gone back to the original Track Attack dates. Please note that unfortunately we have had to limit rider numbers due to current government restrictions. Further information on Superclass will be communicated in the coming week. Entry link is not yet available and we will give plenty of warning by giving people an exact date and time entries will be open.

19.01.2022 Due to today's announcement racing this weekend will not go ahead. We are also postponing the Frankston round as there is not enough time after the circuit breaker for Frankston to prepare their track. Once we have new dates we will advise. Entries will remain in place and you will have an opportunity to scratch if you cannot make the new dates. The Eastern Region Committee looks forward to seeing everyone back racing soon!

18.01.2022 Eastern Region BMX have continued to plan for Track Attack 2021. At last nights meeting a number of scenarios were discussed to enable the series to run in a number of different formats depending on limitations in January 2021. The committee will continue to meet in 2020 and make further decisions as guidelines around sport and spectator numbers are released.

17.01.2022 That’s it for Track Attack 2020! We hope you all enjoyed all of the BMX action over the series. Eastern Region BMX would like to thank the volunteers that made the series possible, the officials on the track, in scoring, staging and the commentators. We would also like to thank the club volunteers for preparing their tracks, transporting equipment, feeding everyone in the canteen, mowing lawns and the Eastern Region representatives that co-ordinated the series. Hope to see everyone back at Track Attack 2021!
17.01.2022 Eastern Region BMX will be meeting next week after the Victorian Government announcement due this Sunday. We expect to be able to provide an update to everyone by mid to late next week in regards to Track Attack 2021.

14.01.2022 Under current government guidelines Community Sport can go ahead. Entries for the Knox round of the series close at 11.59pm tonight https://entryboss.cc/races/7502... This is a ticketed event with two spectators per rider. Our Covid Marshalls will be checking off names at the gate. Additional spectator tickets will only be given to siblings of riders, ensure to send us a message with their names so that we can add them to the list. This is not the time to be bringing along additional friends or relatives. All who attend will need to scan the QR code upon arrival as per Government requirements for sporting clubs.

14.01.2022 Special thanks goes to ‘The Man in the Van’ - Nathan White! Nathan handled everything scoring related from the time entries closed, from class changes, plate numbers and transponders aswell as running scoring for the series.
13.01.2022 There is confusing information about Community Sport coming from some media outlets. Auscycling has passed on information from Vic Sport: "Until we have the RAD (Restricted Activity Directives) and the Stay Safe directions in the morning - we do not have the exact rules. " Once we have more information we will update everyone. Please note that if you scratch out of the event, Entry Boss will not allow you to re-enter. If we cannot go ahead this weekend, we will postpone not cancel and entries will stay in place, if people cannot attend on the new date you will be able to scratch and get a refund.

Once again another change we have had to make due to current restrictions.

02.01.2022 An update on the Eastern Region Metro Series. When we can start running the series again, due to entries already in place for Knox the order will remain the same: Knox Frankston... Lilydale Eastfield As soon as number limits at Community Outdoor Sport are high enough we will be able to lock in dates. There will definitely not be a round on Saturday 19th June even if number limits allows due to time limitations in organising the track, canteen and first aid. As soon as we can confirm dates we will!
