24.01.2022 Update: In light of recent government protocols, I have had many weddings cancel. Myself and many other traders that service the wedding Industry are now without this work, but we understand completely and know the bigger picture. Because many people rely on this work, may I suggest that couples encourage each other to consider holding smaller style weddings, including the ceremony, and maybe celebrate your big party later down the track. This will keep the economy turning and many, many people employed. Smaller and more intimate events, even in your backyard, are maybe what the world needs right now. Its time to work out who your inner circles really are take care everyone. Well all get through this and come out better people Look forward to the days of large weddings again

I have also received the gifts of compassion, empathy and love of humanity with all our differences. I have researched many things about the human face - more than I can mention here. This includes people who are born with disfigurement. This video is to help others become aware of those who live daily with cranial facial disfigurement or visible facial ...differences and hopefully bring about acceptance for all, regardless of what our faces look like. Because this week is Face Equality Week. You may not have heard of this movement, but I intend to change your view. You may be confronted but thats ok, because you cannot grow without first knowing. Lizzie and her girlfriends came as a recommendation, and she was so trusting of me and our process together. I love these photos of them, so beautifully captured. From trial to final result, I consult with a Bride the whole way. Many women change their minds from first contact up to the wedding day, and thats ok. I...ts what I love about the time spent with a client, I get to know a lot in a short space of time. I feel a strong sense of honour, when a woman can trust and share part of her life with me, even if its only for the 2 days that we meet. A photographer wants to know that they can photograph you in any light, and your makeup will work. In many years you will look back and say "I was so happy on my wedding day, because I felt like myself". " I looked like myself". 12.01.2022 I'm always so grateful that my life keeps me growing and learning about people everyday. Hearing their stories and understanding how their experiences journeyed them to here. To my experience with them. Yesterday I had a last minute booking. A wedding to attend. First Australian wedding ever for my client. A fairly new resident herself, she commented on how easy going, free, relaxed, and kind she has found most Australians. It made me feel fortunate and proud to live in this country. Where individualities are represented and accepted. So much more so than in her country of birth. She feels so incredibly fortunate to have had HER life experiences lead her here .

10.01.2022 Thank you for your patience while I return many messages and emails. Yes we are still operating as usual . As a business owner, I understand that people are fearful now and our media do not make us feel any better. I want to assure you that I am operating as usual and practice very strict hygiene principles when dealing with customers. ... I have had many prior "in-store" makeup booking enquiries, as those who had appointments with Mecca, MAC & Sephora can no longer have them honoured. It is because these stores have countless people walk in and out all day. They touch items continually and they may be items that a store artist will use on you. These artists cant wash their brushes all day either. They may have all the hygiene practices in place, but with such high traffic, they cant guarantee your safety in that way. I operate differently. I am one person and all the artists I use are singular, we use and carry our own kits. Our own kits that we clean, sanitise and wash items every single use; so you will know that one brush will not be used on another person that same session. If you prefer an artist to wear a mask, they will also accommodate that. However, if any person booking has recently been overseas or has not been feeling well, we advise that you not expose our artists and you respect our practices. We look forward to hearing from you and rest assured we want you to carry on and enjoy your lives and not have to cancel every single event that you can go to. We still need some form of celebration and we are not in total lock down. Lets get out of our heads and switch off the news, so that we can breathe and let life in. The show evolves each year and these people become part time friends, and life long acquaintances. Always adding to the experience. This year I was blessed to be able to extend my creativity into designing 1950's-esque hairstyles for Tam, which I love doing. ...
