25.01.2022 We are all doing it tough here in Melbourne with Stage 4 Lockdown in place for another 2 weeks. But tending to the garden of my new house this week provided me with a joyful reminder! When I found this plant hidden at the back of the yard, I thought I would give it some TLC and repot it because I could see how tightly crammed it was in there!... It took something to get it out of the pot, but once I did I saw just how jam packed it's roots were and that there was very little soil left. I was amazed! How the heck was this plant still able to grow under these tight conditions? Not only grow, but grow vibrantly and even produce a beautiful orange flower. What a valuable reminder this was for me and perhaps others too. For no matter how uncomfortable it is to be bound by these restrictions, we can all still grow, create and produce beautiful things if we choose to. May we all find a way to keep blooming even in the most difficult of conditions. With love Tracy xx

22.01.2022 Feeling so proud of my beautiful man today. He let me do intense healing work on him last night, to help him let go of some old ghosts from the past and heal the pain that was there in his heart. This morning he is glowing with renewed vigour! He feels ready to set in motion his new project, which is a 6 month leadership development program. ... I'm so happy to support my man in whatever way he needs. I am deeply devoted to him and absolutely love seeing him thrive and shine. I'm so lucky to be with a man who is willing to do the deeper work on himself and face his pain. Everyone benefits from it! 12.01.2022 We had another great time on our radio show yesterday with Cora Zon! During the show we gave our listeners a deeper understanding of what may be occurring for people at this time on the identity level, and how to navigate this unknown terrain. We looked at the dynamics of transformation and gave our perspective on how we can use this time as a wonderful opportunity for positive change and development.... We delve into two of the aspects of our psyche (that we call characters) from our Limited Idenity model and how they play out in times of confront and crisis. It's fascinating and powerful to look at how we all operate unconsciously at times and what we can do to take our power back. 08.01.2022 Hi everyone, just announcing the new date for our next Power and Love workshop. It will be held on the 18th of April, at a venue in the north of the city (either Clifton Hill or Fitzroy at this stage) Apologies for the changing the date but the house move is going to be pretty big for us! In the meantime we are running two intro events to our work...... 05.01.2022 One night driving home, Tracy and I were talking about the effect we have on each other and how we were often not mindful of the effect we have. It made me think about how much do I consider the effect I have on Tracy in our day to day life? The answer depended on the day.... It ranged from all the time to not at all. I could see that I gave my power away when I was thinking about her a lot and felt insecure and uncertain about what she was feeling at the time. I also saw that I was feeling strong and powerful when I didn't consider her at all. I was on a mission and didn't have time for her world. I liked the second feeling more and I also felt resentful when Tracy tried to interrupt that space by asking me to do something at, what I considered, really inappropriate moments. "You're interrupting my flow!" I would declare. "You're sabotaging my creativity! Are you just trying to get attention?!!" etc. This was really interesting, I saw that I can be brutal when it comes to protecting my space even from someone I love dearly. As time went by, I realised that what was really going on was I was giving up my love to maintain my power. I loved loving Tracy but I loved being in my power more and I didn't believe it was possible to have both. They were like opposite ends of the scale for me. I was always happy with my ability to be powerfully loving, but for me it was time to work on being lovingly powerful. How do you put aside your love for power? In our upcoming workshop, we'll be sharing more about what we have learned about Power and Love and how to bring them in balance to fulfil our greater desires. We'd love you to join us :-)
