18.01.2022 The speciality clinic for COVID-19 in Hunter New England Local Health District is situated at John Hunter Hospital, Lookout Road, New Lambton Heights, and is op...en from 8am to 10.30pm seven days a week. The purpose of these clinics is for people who have respiratory symptoms or fever and who are at risk of COVID-19, for example because they were in contact with a COVID-19 case, or have returned from overseas in the 14 days before onset of symptoms.

05.01.2022 This is beautiful As much as animals need food, they (WE!) need CONNECTION Love, friendship, socialising, touching and other forms of connection - with animals, people, passions, spirituality or nature CONNECTION and ENJOYING yourself, engaging with others and life is SO important for your heart and your spirit . Pursuing (nurturing) our passion, joy and connection to life is extremely important for our HEART QI! Don't underestimate the power o...f simple things to improve your health and wellbeing. In TCM our heart doesn't just pump our blood around to keep us alive. It 'contains' our SHEN (spirit-mind). JOY is the emotion of the heart and the FIRE element. Make sure you are ENJOYING yourself regularly. Disconnection, lack of enthusiasm and isolation are very bad indications for the heart both spiritually and physically. People can be heartbroken from life/lifeforce as much as loved ones. It can lead to unhealthy heart-type addictions such as drugs, TV, porn, food to try fill the gap. Get connected to pursuits, people and your own passion to keep your heart and spirit-mind healthy and happy. If a client expresses a lack of enthusiasm or feeling. I look at their heart energy and the fire element/organs and work on the Fire Channels of Heart, Pericardium, Triple Energiser and even Small Intestine. I also ask them to make time to connect with things and people that make them feel good, bring them joy open passion to get the heart qi open and the blood flowing. See more
