13.01.2022 These Kingfishers (Alcedinidaes) are part of my new limited edition "hybrid handpainted prints"... what makes them special is the addition of watercolour brushstrokes and splashes that enhance the print and make it unique. "Cookie" the Laughing Kookaburra (*A4) "Spotter" the Azure Kingfisher (*A4) $68 each OR $120 both prints (P&H incl)... Did you know the late afternoon and early morning cackle of a Kookaburra earned it the nickname of the "Bushmans Clock"... its distinctive laugh is actually a warning to other kookaburra to stay out of their territory; they can live for more than 20 years and have the same mate for life. 07.01.2022 Introducing "PINKIE" The Galah, she's an original watercolour painted on size A3 pure cotton arches 300gsm paper.
