20.01.2022 Each year I explore a little more of Tassie. My hearts ‘home’ I am sure if my kids felt the same, I would stay here in this little shack and spend days aimlessly exploring all her wild and untamed beauty with my kids. But, in the meantime she is my yearly retreat that declutters any unwanted debris, To awaken and show me an unexplored piece of myself and a new life outlook. One of heart, gratitude, wonder and possibility.... This time I was especially grateful for my tassie adventure. A needed opportunity to step outside of my current living bubble and the external noise to reflect and ponder the past year. I used this time to ask myself the question What do I need to embrace and explore as my new story takes form? What do I need to surrender and release as I step into the coming years of CHANGE? The feng shui, numerology, astrology and channelled messages are all currently echoing this same vision of change and living renovation, a dawn of a great awakening as we move towards 2025. 15.01.2022 We tend to think of technology as a means of connecting. Ironically, we’ve lost our sense of connectedness as a result of technology. We’ve dumbed down the inte...lligence of connection by disconnecting from our natural environment. On top of that, we’ve adopted this idea that Indigenous wisdom is outdated because it predates technology. However, I believe that there is evidence that many of these ancient civilizations and long running cultures have produced the most connected wisdoms, and paradigm shifting technologies. For hundreds of thousands of years, Indigenous people sat and observed nature. These intuitive people understood that the light energy coming out of a fire, coming from the milky way, or coming from the midday sun enabled a vibration of light to enter their bodies. They then used that light to inspire their spiritual chant, song and dance rituals, and connected to the intelligence of life beyond our small planet to bring forth civilizations that predated our written and remembered histories of the last four thousand years. Interestingly, one of the breakthroughs in recent science has revealed that traditional spiritual chant, song, and dance are among the very few things that activate telomerase an enzyme in the human cell nucleus that regenerates the ends of our genes to support regeneration and longevity. We have not discovered any drug or technology more efficient than these pinnacle products of ancient and collective culture and consciousness. With that in mind, I invite each of you to bring song, dance, spiritual chant, and meditation prayer into your life today.
