24.01.2022 Please respect the laws.! I will not groom anyones dog, if the owner doesn't have a face mask on. Stay safe everyone

24.01.2022 I seem to be having trouble with the business Facebook page. Instead of messaging me on here, please send a text message.

19.01.2022 Due to snap lockdown, we are closed until Friday 4th June. I am happy to take bookings.

17.01.2022 Please make sure your furbabies have a warm place to sleep. Extra blankets, heater left on, or even a coat. This lucky little dude know a how to cover up. How cute is he!

16.01.2022 What a nightmare we are living in. Due to the recent restrictions, I believe that I am still allowed to trade. I believe that you can still travel to me and I can travel to you. (I am waiting to see the news at 6.00pm to make sure everything is ok!). I will be stepping up the cleaning procedures. I will be restricting the amount of clients I see in a day. If you are feeling unwell, please do not bring your dog in. Please respect my rules. I am trying my best. If I feel it is unsafe for my family, myself or my clients I will close.

13.01.2022 This is perfect!

11.01.2022 Please, If you ring to make an appointment, and I do not answer, I may be bathing, drying or clipping another client. I may be driving, or just not near the phone. I will not leave any dog unattended! So, please leave a message and I will return your call when I have finished. My clients safety is my first priority! Also. I have been having trouble receiving voice messages. Sometimes, it takes a couple of days for the message to come through. If I don't get back to you, please ring again. Got to love technology!.

11.01.2022 Spring has sprung. Everyone is coming out of hibernation. Remember we are still in covid restrictions. Dogs have their winter coats that need clipping off, or they need a spring clean/wash or just need their nails clipping. Please be patient. I have limited appointments left over the next few weeks. ... I will fit you in as soon as possible. Please be patient. Tracy. See more

07.01.2022 Ok... I believe that I am allowed to open as of Friday. I do have a QR code that you must scan. If you are unable to scan, I will need you to fill in paperwork. We are fairly booked out for this week. Playing catch up. So please be patient. Can't wait to cuddle and groom your furbabies. Lionel says, make sure you book in, as he is sick of getting a bath when I am not busy haha.... ALSO, MASKS ARE COMPULSORY!

07.01.2022 Warmer weather is on its way. This means muddy dogs need washing. Coats may need deshedding or Matted coats need clipping. Fleas need removing. Toe nails need clipping. Or Your furbabies need a pamper. Please be patient, we are busy atm, we will endeavour to get you in as quickly as we can. Also, Christmas is also on its way. Book early to avoid disappointment.

05.01.2022 Long post. But worth a read. Firstly, stage 3 I am still allowed to work. If we go to stage 4 I will have to close. So fingers crossed the numbers start to go down and we can stay open. Secondly I have had alot of clients ring/message me in regards to grooming if we went into stage 4 lockdown. So here are some tips. General grooming. (Even short coats). Stiff/hard brushing. At least 3 times a week. Short coats you can use a rubber dishwasher glove. That will help pull out und...er coat and loose hair. Doggy smell. If your dog gets wet, they may develop that dreaded doggy smell. (I personally don't mind it haha). Do not use your perfume on the dog! There are some dog colognes available at the supermarket. Tips to help eliminate it are, brush with a hard/firm brush. . This increases the natural oils in the dogs coat. Also increases the air in the coat. If you have to wash your dog always make sure the dog is KNOT FREE! Never wash your dog with knots in, it sets the knot and is impossible to get out. Drying your dog is so important to get rid of that doggy smell. So towel SQUEEZE, NOT RUB the excess water from coat. (Rubbing creates knots!) Use a hair-dryer on COOL setting. Never use the hot setting, as it may burn the dogs skin. When using the hair-dryer brush the coat, this will help to dry quicker. Toenails, unless you are extremely confident to cut them do not! Get a metal nail file and file the dogs nails. Or walking on concrete can help. Skin problems, get a shampoo that will help the skin issue. We use Malaseb and Aloveen. These products are available from the vet. Knots, try and brush and comb the know out. DO NOT CUT THE KNOT, There is skin under there and you will end up st the vet for stitches!!! Poo stuck to bum. This requires immediate action as it can cause ulceration to the skin. Warm water and a sponge. If the dog tries to bite, get someone to help you to hold it. Put a towel around the dogs neck so it can't get to you. Cleaning and plucking ears. A good ear cleaner from the vet. This needs to be weekly. Plucking the hair out of the ears, use some non scented talc powder on your fingers for extra grip and pull small amounts out at a time. And lastly, if it is all too hard, we are allowed, bring your furbaby to me! I hope I have covered that basis? Any questions, give me a call or send a message. Happy to give advice and help where I can. Stay safe. Tracy See more

04.01.2022 To all my valued clients and friends. Covid-19 update. I am still working at this stage. These infection rates are getting out of control. I will not be taking any new clients. I will only be grooming my existing client base. Also, if you have come in contact with anyone with covid, or have any symptoms of the virus, PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT me to groom your dog! I will refuse! Also, if you do not have a mask on, i will not groom your dog. Please respect my decision, I am tryin...g to keep my family and my clients safe. Tracy See more

02.01.2022 Love your pets. Tell them How much they mean to you. Spend as much time with them as you can. Treasure every second you have them. They dont live as long as we do. When they go they leave a huge hole in our heart and life.... I lost my beautiful boy, Mater yesterday. My soul mate. My best friend. He spent so many hours in the van with me over the last 11.5years. Im sure alot of my clients will remember him. Totally shattered. Please bear with me, while I grieve and come to terms with my loss. I am still working. Just not a full capacity. See more
