16.01.2022 An incredible transformation to this industrial shed. After many years of use, our team went through and thoroughly cleaned down both the inside and outside ready for paint. We applied @duluxaus Maxiflex Weathershield to the exterior and finished the roller doors in a high gloss two pack epoxy coating! The inside was treated to a full repaint as well, ready for the new tenants. ... Another great job by team @tradepainters !! @ Archerfield

15.01.2022 Our team successfully completed a commercial building repaint. All while navigating the difficult terrain, operational building with its staff and all within the prescribed timeframe. 06.01.2022 Our team managed an end of lease make good for the asset owner. The previous tenant had occupied the majority of the building for 20 years. Leaving a lot of cleaning and repair work to both the internal and external of the building. The work carried out was plastering, repair carpentry and painting. The building was successfully handed back to the asset owner within 4 weeks and ready for new occupants to walk right in.
