05.01.2022 Over the last 30 years we have hopefully gained a reputation as being Queensland’s best tool company, as well as establishing ourselves as Australia’s highest-rated online tool retailer. In many cases, we’ve been there for you when you’ve bought your first proper tool kit as an apprentice, right up to the current day where, we like to believe, you would still prefer to buy your equipment from us! And if you’re a TradeTools loyalist, you may be aware of our membership program ...- commonly referred to as our VIT program. From now on we have renamed this to be our TradeTools Member Program. Still all the great benefits of our previous VIT program - just under a new name from July 1st! When initially introduced some years ago, this industry first program allowed you to track your receipts and purchases for warranty and tax purposes and has now been copied and implemented by many of our competitors under many different names. This widely successful membership program is extensively used by our customers but, at times, has sometimes created the wrong impression that it is only aimed at genuine trades people. This simply isn’t the case, as many of our customers use what we have been supplying for almost 35 long years within their businesses, agricultural properties and homes. We’re all about mateship up here in the Sunshine State and we’ve never been about excluding anyone; after all, we sell serious tools and equipment which are generally only ever purchased by serious users anyway. So, whether you’re a plumber, electrician, carpenter, or anyone in between when you walk through our doors, or visit our extensive website, we will always strive to be exactly what our slogan states a ‘Seriously Better’ tool company - and that means for absolutely every customer!
