03.01.2022 To all the tradies dealing with real estate agents, the inability to evict tenants not paying rent for 6 months, increases the likelihood that rental income may not cover your invoices. At a minimum please make sure you discuss with the agents the need to go directly to the landlord, if insufficient rent is being paid (or similar action) and that this need to be arranged prior to you attending the job. As always, being proactive is better than trying to deal with it afterwards.
