25.01.2022 Hi everyone, I've somewhat delayed this post as information has been unclear up until now. Due to the current stage 4 lockdown rules I will regrettably be closing my doors for the next 6 weeks in order to do my part in stopping the spread. 21.01.2022 For those of you who dont know me, here is a little bit about myself. My name is Jesse Georgiadis. Im 24 years old and I grew up in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. I went to RMIT University to study Chinese Medicine for 5 years and graduated in 2018. I first became interested in Chinese medicine at about the age of 15, after hearing stories from others about how it cured them when nothing else could. From then on, I became more interested in meditation and about the conc...ept of Qi. After learning about Chinese medicine and the vast array of conditions it can treat, I found myself most interested in musculoskeletal and fertility conditions. While studying I was fortunate enough to accumulate 2 years of clinical experience in treating a wide range of conditions; from sore shoulders to helping women through menopause. 17.01.2022 Long term lower back pain treated with local and distal acupuncture points. Not only can we use local acupuncture points to treat pain but we are also able to use distal points that are away from the site of pain to minimise any aggravation. Here im using the scapula as a mirror image to treat the lower back and upper gluteal area as well as using local points at the site of pain.

14.01.2022 Self care should be everyone's number 1 priority. Here im indulging in a bit of distal acupuncture to help treat some neck and back pain. Put the needles in and let them cook for 30-60 minutes I repeat this every 2-3 days for about 2 weeks until I'm good as new

08.01.2022 Here i have a female patient with long term knee pain, located on the inner part of the knee on the Liver channel, this is due to working long hours with repeated lifting and walking in a warehouse. Thankfully knee pain can be successfully treated by using the elbow as a direct image of the knee. Palpating for tender points on and around the treating channel will help to pinpoint the correct needling locations. In this case I have used the Large Intestine (balancing channel) to treat the pain around the Liver (affected channel). Once needles are inserted the pain should reduce within a matter of seconds.

02.01.2022 Male patient with acute upper back and scapular pain on the right hand side with limited range of motion due to a sporting injury. Local points were used to help target the affected muscles. The redness occurring around the needle is a great sign as it tells the practitioner that qi and blood have come to the area and the healing process has begun.
