20.01.2022 I am intrigued by this. Has anyone ever used a shakti mat before? What's the verdict?

19.01.2022 Hi everyone, for those of you who have not yet seen, this is the beautiful new space that I'm now working from for traditional cupping therapy appointments and also nutrition consultations. It's in West End and I adore all of the natural light and breeze.

11.01.2022 Hey people, come to the Spirit and Soul Festival and get a taste of cupping therapy from my lovely sister and I. Find out what it's all about. It'll be a fun day! <3

11.01.2022 Stuck on ideas for presents for loved ones this festive season? Christmas Gift Vouchers are now available! Contact me via mobile or Facebook if you're interested. :-)

09.01.2022 A cupping mark is not a bruise. This is one of the first things I learnt while studying under cupping expert, Bruce Bentley. People can be apprehensive about the idea of cupping because of a false perception that cupping marks are bruises. The big difference between them are that bruises are caused by tissue trauma, whereas a cupping mark is the result of drawing old stagnated blood from deep in the muscle belly to the surface. If an existing bruise is traumatised, the bruise... will get bigger, darker and more painful. Cupping marks do not hurt, and if an area of the skin is cupped again, it will promote the marking to dissipate faster. As the old blood is replaced by fresh blood from the first round of cupping, during the second treatment, there is less stagnation therefore, the mark will appear much lighter. I thought I would share these photos for a visual explanation. These markings were from a second treatment, done 2 weeks after the first treatment. You can see a dark crescent because it's on an area of skin which hasn't previously been cupped. The pale pink colouring includes the skin which was previously cupped, so its circulation has improved and no old blood that needs mobilising. Pretty cool if you ask me! :) I hope you're all having an amazing weekend. Please feel free to send me a message if you have any questions on the topic. I'd love to hear them.

04.01.2022 Hello lovely people, I am home from holidays after an amazing few months off and I have finally settled back into normality. I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you all that I'm taking bookings for cupping therapy. I'm now operating out of a beautiful massage room in Annandale. However, I do still offer the mobile service as well. :) Also, be sure to check out the Spirit and Soul festival day out at the Hervey's Range tea rooms at the end of this month. I'll be there w...ith my sister Kelly, offering cupping therapy, flower essence, iridology, tongue and nail assessments. Look forward to seeing you! <3 Tanya
