10.01.2022 Dear Wholly Bellies, The uncertainty is something we're all needing to navigate. Remember we are all in this together. As a small family business, we've been through some ups and downs, but like all of you.....nothing like this.... We are trading our usual hours endeavouring to support our staff, suppliers (may also small business) and our family. We would so love to see you. We are working on options for a delivery service commencing Tuesday next week. In addition, take home meals and take-home pizza for you to finish in your oven at home. We had added additonal steps to our already vigilant sanitising and cleaning procedures to facilitate keeping our staff and community safe. * Our toy corner is packed away until further notice. * Magazines and newspapers removed. * Customer sanitiser station at the counter. * Cutlery, napkins and condiments have been removed from the tables. Brought to you with your food. * No longer accepting keep cups * Additional vigilant sanitising of counters, surfaces, dining chairs, our phone, EFTPOS machine, door handles, as well as all bathroom areas. For those that don't know our story. We started our journey from scratch over 10 years ago with the vision to share our philosophy on food. Our business IS the LOVE of food, sharing, family and generosity, in turn bring people together. Traditional Brick Ovens came first. Glens background in landscaping and my desire for food (need to feed others) we started building ovens in client's homes and commercial premises. Second...came our wood oven cooking classes. This allowed us to assist you new to cooking with fire, whether from us or purchased elsewhere to enjoy the full benefits, the lifestyle and to help you iron out the kinks. Third... mobile catering. Catering in your home, business or venue enabled us able to spread the joy of wood fired food with a wider audience. Sharing the diversity of foods cooked with fire. Four... Wholly Belly, our bricks and mortar eatery commencement in Kent Town (now located in Norwood). This is the epicenter of everything coming together. A meeting place, oven sales, cafe, classes and functions venue. To be transparent, it's never been an easy road, but we've never settled for easy! Where we are now, has been an organic growth from where we started. I see us as hard working, passionate small family business owners with a job to do. I'm proud of what we have built, the space we created for you all to share, and of our hard working staff (our extended family). Please know we are doing all we can to ensure a safe environment for all. We intend to stay open for as long as we are able.. but we need you to help us do that
