24.01.2022 JUST A REMINDER There will be NO training on Tuesday September 4th. Just means there’s more time to practice before returning to training on Thursday.

23.01.2022 Adam was successful in breaking three boards with a single elbow strike. (The 3 boards combined make it 54 millimeters thick, with no spacing)

23.01.2022 There will be no training this coming Tuesday the 15th but training will resume on Thursday the 17th as per normal. Since there is no training it's the perfect time to add in extra practice at home e.g patterns, shadow sparring, push ups etc. See everyone on Thursday.

22.01.2022 Also on the same night 2nd Degree black belt Daniel obtained his instructor status. Daniel has been training with Rod and Maxine since he was a junior and was pivotal in preparing Adam for his grading.

18.01.2022 As part of his grading Adam attempted to break 8 roof tiles with a single knife hand strike. Unfortunately he was only able to break 7 but with typical Taekwondo spirit has vowed to attempt it again before the end of the year.

18.01.2022 Congratulations to Mike for obtaining his 4th Degree Black Belt (centre of photo). Mike has been training with Senior Instructors Rod and Maxine for over 20 years and at 68, he is a prime example that age is no barrier. Mike is a role model to many students at the centre showing that through the right mind set and perseverance all is possible. ... Congratulations again on a well earned promotion.

17.01.2022 Traditional Taekwondo will never give "how to" demonstrations or show our complete training style on Facebook due to the physical damage that could occur to you or your training partner. Real self defence must be learnt from an experienced instructor and not from books or the Internet. 13.01.2022 Recently First Degree Black Belt Adam attended a martial arts seminar held at the Western Australian Police Academy. 04.01.2022 On Tuesday night Adam underwent grading and obtained his 2nd degree black belt and obtain instructor status. The grading consisted of patterns, knife defence, unarmed attack defence and breaking techniques. Adam started training almost 21 years ago with Rod and Maxine and credits their instructing through Taekwondo to improve his health and fitness.
