21.01.2022 The essence and the breathing pattern are a sweet music and you are simply letting it dance at into movement - when lockdown finishes and social distancing fades away I will be running a four hour workshop just about hugging and breathwork - to compensate !

18.01.2022 And allow yourself to stop, take a deep breath in, while looking at your partner, raising your hands together up, holding your breath and exhaling while letting your hands go down ......diving deeper into your partners eyes...

17.01.2022 Tantra teaches us that our in-breath and out-breath mirror the divine creative gesture. With the inhalation, we draw into our own center, our own being. With the exhalation, we expand outward into the world. Everything in universe is expanding and contracting.
