More specifically, this role will be a multi hat overall management role but will be specifically the day to day runnings of the warehouse. Delivering quality in set out timing. Responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor: - In charge of day to day doings of the warehouse - Opening and closing of warehouse. In charge of the opening and closing duties. - Setting and completing checklist of tasks daily. - Creating checklists for production of products. New checklists created for new products. - Consulting and handing over checklists to management. - Understanding timelines and overtime hours required for hitting deadlines - Understanding the priority work over non priority work. - Assisting in hand over to transport companies and to customers when needed - Responsible for assigning tasks and duties to other workers on duty. - In charge of delegating tasks to other co-workers after management. - Ensuring time management when working on builds. - Quality Control in charge and responsible for quality control of production. - Responsibility of maintenance of tools and machinery of warehouse. - Advising management of low materials. - Assisting with monthly promotions and tradeshows when required.
